Personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) is any information that can be used to identify a specific individual, such as your name, email address, home address, phone number and credit card information.
Company collects information voluntarily submitted to it. Examples of such information include:
• content, such as text messages, uploaded to the Company Domain;
• contact information, such as names, mailing and billing addresses, and phone numbers;
• security information, such as usernames, passwords, and password hints;
• resource use behavior, such as pages visited, downloads, or searches requested; and
• browser information, such as browser version, IP address, and presence of various plug-ins and tools.
“Non-Personal Information” is information that does not identify you specifically, including data collected automatically through the operation of the Company Domain. Company may collect website usage data (such as which Company Domain pages you visit and in what sequence) through the use of various technologies. For example, Company collects IP addresses from individuals who visit the Company Domain. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you’re using the Internet. Company does not link IP addresses to any Personal Information, so although your session will be logged, you will remain anonymous to Company and the Company Domain.
• Facebook Custom Audience: This service from Facebook enables us to display personalized ads to people on our e-mail lists when they visit Facebook. We provide personal information such as your e-mail address and phone number in encrypted form to Facebook (so they cannot be seen by anyone at Facebook) to enable Facebook to determine if you are a registered account holder with Facebook.
Company will use your Personal Information for the purposes for which it was provided. Company may also use your Personal Information to provide you with information about features, services and other offerings that may be of interest to you.
Company may use Non-Personal Information collected from the Company Domain for website administration, advertising and promotional purposes, and Company may share such information with various affiliated and unaffiliated entities for such purposes. For example, IP addresses are used for the purposes of system administration and to provide Non-Personal Information to advertisers about the volume of use on the Company Domain, and Clickstream Data and demographic Non-Personal Information may be shared with its advertisers and business partners. Company may also enter into agreements with outside companies that possess technology that allows the Company Domain to customize the advertising and marketing messages you receive on the Company Domain. This data (including Clickstream Data about your activities on the Company Domain) may be shared with these companies for this purpose.
Company will not share your Personal Information and will not sell your Personal Information to third parties, with the following exceptions. Company may disclose Personal Information under the following limited circumstances to: (1) as required by law such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process, (2) when Company believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect Company’s rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request, or (3) Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of assets. You will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on the Company Domain of any change in ownership or uses of your Personal Information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your Personal Information.
